I don't know what to say. I have never ever eaten tofu before nor do i cook (very much at all). First, this recipe is simple. Secondly, this meal was OUTSTANDING. All the "myths" of tofu are wrong. I can eat that stuff right out of the package. The only thing I don't like is the calorie and fat content in it. I will use much less oil next time. Any recommendations on how to cut down the calories in it please email. Can't wait to try more tofu recipes. Don't think i will eat red meat ever again.people found this review Helpful. What an easy stir-fry! Takes almost no time at all to put together and easily fed three of us tonight served with white rice. I've got to say that I did not appreciate my tofu mashed - next time I would cube it as I usually do. A very nice sauce, although I added a good sprinkling of red pepper flakes since we like our stir-frys on the spicy side.people found this review Helpful.
