I won't star rate this because as stated by another reviewer this salad dressing has entirely too much olive oil. If you use this much the olive oil's strong flavor will completely overpower the other flavors. I reduced the oil-to-soy sauce ratio to about 50/50. This tasted delicious on an Asian-themed salad and I also tried a few tablespoons in ground pork to make Asian fusion tacos. The Dijon with soy sauce was a delicious flavor combination. Way too much oil, I cut in half and subbed with water. Flavor was not too bad. I was looking for more of a Asian tasting dressing

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing
