Here is another of my creation. I have many more versions of miso type dressings.
- 14.79 ml sesame seeds, roasted lightly
- 59.14 ml onion, chopped roughly
- 29.58 ml gingerroot, chopped roughly
- 22.18 ml white miso
- 177.44 ml oil
- 118.29 ml rice vinegar
- 14.78-19.71 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml salt
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- Using a blender or food processor, blend for 30 seconds.
