Here is another of my creation. I have many more versions of miso type dressings.
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped roughly
- 2 tablespoons gingerroot, chopped roughly
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons white miso
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 -4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Using a blender or food processor, blend for 30 seconds.
