This is good. I used rice vinegar (not as much vinegar) and less sugar, a lot less. It was very good. I will try Splenda next time and see how it is to hand to my daughter. thanks!

  1. Cut chicken wings at the joint(I discard the tip).
  2. Roll in eggs and then in flour.
  3. Fry in veg oil until golden.
  4. Put in casserole dish.
  5. Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over chicken.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; take out half way through to turn the wings over to cover them completely with the sauce. Enjoy !
