ingredients
- 236.59 ml dashi stock
- 59.14 ml mirin
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 7.39 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml grated daikon radish (optional)
directions
- Put dashi, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar in a sauce pan and mix well.
- Bring to a boil on medium heat.
- Stop the heat and let it cool.
- Serve into individual small bowls.
- Add grated daikon.
