If you have kids that don't like their vegetables, they will love this.
- Peel the carrots and peel them very thin.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
- Add the carrots and blend well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Steam over low heat just until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
- Place in bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
