I know there are a lot of these dips, this is from my brother Jamie and I haven't found one to beat it. I make it to share with neighbors in the summer and it is gobbled up.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, Drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- nacho chip
- Cream together mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Stir in well drained spinach and artichokes.
- Fold in cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Serve with nachos.
Great recipe! Very easy to make. I added a couple teaspoons of minced garlic as well as garlic salt and pepper. I also added some parmesan and cheddar cheese. Delicious!
Very tasty and easy to make. I added 1/3 c parmesan cheese as another reviewer suggested and it turned out great! I served it with pita chips and my guests loved it. It disappeared quickly!
My first review isn't around anymore but I've been making this for a few years now. I add fresh minced garlic, black pepper, fresh grated parmesan cheese and either a hit of cayenne or hot sauce. I love mozzerella but use cheddar for stronger cheese flavor. This also made a great topping for homemade pizza! I sliced fresh tomatoes and spread this over the top w/ some shredded mozzerella and parm and baked it off. Would be great with a bit of ham, roasted chicken or whatever meat you like.
