These were great. Make sure to have time to let the batter rest and fill the cup only 3/4 of the way.
Great recipe and worked wonderfully. When I tried the second time making it, I substituted the
oils with the fat/grease reserved and skimmed from juices when roasting beef and the taste was absolutely fantastic!
This is the best Yorkshire pudding recipe I have ever made works every time.
Easy to make, whilst your meat is resting. Be careful of the smoking hot oil.
Fortunately I have the book with the recipe in so I know what the Oven Temp should be set at!!!
