      Missed reviewing this one, had I done so earlier I would have the proportions of the spice mix included in this review. The recipe so easy - so good! Not finding the spice needed I made my own Jambalaya spice - the recipe I found must be good seeing as the home made spice combined with the Polish sausage and rice made for a wonderful treat meal! Thank you we enjoyed.
