I needed a quick lunch and just happened to have some leftover turkey sausage, canned tomatoes, and cooked white rice in the fridge. I was able to whip this up over my lunch break! I followed the recipe loosely, omitting the water (cuz my rice was already cooked) and added jalapeno for spice instead of hot sauce. It was a nice spicy, healthy lunch. Thanks for the inspiration!

I am giving this a 4 out of 5 simply beacause I used it only as a guide line to throw some thing together; i used 2 tsp McCormick Chilli paste/puree, Lb of fresh diced tomatos, and a sm cooking onion, 2 tsp garlic powder, and i didn't have thyme or rosemary so i used poultry seasoning instead 1 tbsp. Oh and i also subbed sausage for the shrimp, and after all that it turned out fairly good. Thanks for posting!
