From a Jamba Juice in Chicago via the ABC7 recipes.
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberry
- 1⁄2 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- Pour the apple juice in the blender.
- Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth with a thick consistency.
- If Vegan use suitable sugar.
