fabulous! I didn't have carrots so I used a half a small sweet potato, peeled and shredded. Also used chicken broth instead of water, and a little more allspice. Absolutely amazing with Jamaican rice and peas and pan fried jerk chicken thighs.

  4. add spices.
  5. add water.
  6. cover steam until crunchy.
