We love it! So easy to throw together and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. I followed Galley's advice and decreased the orange juice. I also served it on top of about a cup of vanilla ice cream. Thanks for posting. :)

Loved this dessert! I didn't have orange juice so used tropical juice and wouldn't use anything else next time! Brown sugar Splenda worked beautifully. Thanks for a lovely dessert!

These were warm yummy goodness! I used them as a sweet side dish, but will be making them again, to serve over ice cream. The OJ imparts a little citrus flavor that mixes nicely with the rum. Thanks for sharing Deantini!

Used a bit more rum than required but oh so good served with vanilla ice cream. Made for ZWT5.

This was tasty. Do note that the liquid doesn't thicken up, more that the bananas absorb the liquid. Served with coconut ice cream! Thanks for the recipe!

This got very good reviews from the 2 father's I made this for on this, Father's Day! I only used 1/2 cup of orange juice as suggested in a previous review and am glad I did not use the full cup. I missed the carmelization derived from cooking on the stove-top, but this was much simpler than standard Banana Foster to prepare with similar results. Thanks for sharing!

I loved this dessert. I cut to recipe down to one serving, which was very easy to do!! I wasn't sure about the OJ in this recipe, but just loved the flavor, very similar to bananas foster, but much easier to prepare. Could put this in the oven when you sit down to dinner and then have a hot dessert ready right after dinner. Thanks for a great recipe.

Yummy and super easy! Sort of like Bananas Foster w/o any work. As Galley Wench suggested, I cut the oj in half and thought this was plenty. Served this over ice cream. I made half the recipe and that was enough for the four of us (over ice cream, not by itself). Going by the posted picture, I sliced the bananas, and they did get rather mushy when baked this way, so next time I'll reduce the cooking time or leave the bananas whole. Dd wishes she could give it more than 5 stars!

This definitely hit the spot! I cut it down to one serving and used Sugar Twin Brown Sugar and spritzed a little spray butter instead of using regular butter. Easy, delicious and decadant!

These are great! Served with vanilla ice cream . . . mmmmmm! Baked in brulle dishes and found that 1 cup of O.J. was way too much, only used about 1/2 cup and it was perfect.

Oh WOW, this is YUMMYLICIOUS! I've been a bit dessert deprived for the diet I'm on so this was a real treat. I made 2 servings in two 1cup ramekins. I used 4 small Manzano bananas cut into slices, fresh squeezed OJ and Splenda brown sugar. I sprinkled cinnamon over the top when they were done. We enjoyed it with Cool Whip Lite. Thanks so much for this EASY, KEEPER recipe! Made for the Went to the market game.

My DH enjoyed this, you really have to watch your baking time with this or the bananas will turn mushy, and use bananas that are just turning yellow but are ripe, served with ice cream my DH gave this 5 stars, thanks for sharing Boomette!...Kitten
