• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons dried leaf thyme
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground red pepper or 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Run on fish, chicken or vegetables 1 hour before cooking.
