Oh boy, this tenderloin was outstanding. I used fresh jalapeno pepper and marinated a couple of hours. I cooked on the gas grill with some wood chunks thrown in. The smell and flavor was excellent. The meat was tender and juicy. Went perfectly with chutney. Thanks Derf, this is one super recipe.

This pork is succulent. . Chutney along side enhances the already great flavor of the pork. I did it in the oven 375f for apprx 1/2 hour (I just kept testing with a meat thermometer until it hit 160 took it out, foil wrapped it and finished the rest of the veggies). I did use fresh Serrano Chlies instead of canned and I marinated it for 2 hours. Derf I can't believe the wonderful flavor. Thanks I love your recipes.

Great dish! Ended up marinating it for about 4 hours. Other changes I made are due to what I had on hand. Used 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger instead of 1 teaspoon of gingerroot and instead of chutney I served with mango salsa, Easy Mango Salsa. This will be our new go to combo for pork on the grill!

This was so good and tastes like the marinade for jamaican jerk pork that I've eaten on many occasions. I'm going to try it on chicken and keep this as one of my go to recipes for grilling. Thanks for helping me make a scrumptious dinner!

My partner took three bites and enthusiastically said "you can make this AGAIN" as he crammed more into his mouth. I concur, and plan to make it tonight.

We loved it! I broiled and nearly overcooked it and it was still good. I tend to cook a lot of different things and sometimes lose the recipe for something the family loved - which ticks them off royally. This one, my husband made a point of asking that I not lose this recipe and when was he going to see it again.

This was fabulous! I marinated it about an hour, and I cooked it in the oven instead of on the grill. It was absolutely perfect, especially served with Jamaican-style rice and peas. Thanks so much!

This was delicious. I browned the tenderloin in a grill pan and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. I served this with Mom's Mango Chutney posted by NurseDi. The two together really rock.

Yummy recipe! I marinated it for about 10 hours and it was so tasty - don't overgrill because it will become dry...enjoy - this recipe is a keeper!

I already gave you a top rating for this, but hit submit before I gave you my comments! I marinated & barbequed two pork tenderloins. I used different marinades. Yours was by far the best! I used fresh serranos, otherwise everything else by your recipe. I barbequed to 'medium'. I have never had such wonderful pork. Served with rice, chutney(Major Grey) extra lime wedges & kale sauted with garlic. Absolutely delicious & healthy. Thank you for the great marinade. Will make this again and again.
