What a delicious weeknight dinner! Substituted peach for the papaya (just had that on hand) and added half a jalapeno pepper to the salsa and the other half to the meat mixture. Also threw a dash of cayenne pepper into the meat. Cooked my burgers on the grill pan and served on whole wheat buns, topped with field greens and avocado. Side of sweet potato fries made the meal complete! Thanks for a winner! The sweet and sour sauce was a great addition!
