ingredients

• 28.34 g rum, amber
• 28.34 g pineapple rum
• 14.17 g coconut rum
• 28.34 g Tia Maria
• 56.69 g coconut cream
• 226.79 g coffee, fresh brewed, chilled, strong
• 6-8 ice cubes
• 56.69 g whipped cream (garnish)
• 14.79 ml coconut, toasted (garnish)
• 2 pineapple chunks (garnish)

directions

1. Pour the first 7 ingredients into a blender and mix until all ice is crushed.
2. Pour the frosty beverage into a tall chilled glass, top with whipped cream, toasted coconut and pineapple chunks.
3. Grab a straw or two and enjoy.

OMG this is so effing good! Baby Kato - you are a genius. I almost don't even mind the bizillion calories. Who would have thought coffee and coconut would taste any good together, let alone fabulosity? Can you tell that I have had three of these?
