- Muddle the ginger and rum together in the bottom of a shaker, then add ice and the remaining ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
MMMMMMMMMMM good - nice and refreshing. We served these with a Jerk Chicken dinner and they were great. Thanks !
