The original recipe was too sweet for me so I added milk. In the original recipe it's 1 splash of milk. I suggest you to cut down the melon liqueur and creme de banane de 1/2 ounce each

  • 1 12 ounces coconut rum
  • 34 ounce melon liqueur
  • 34 ounce creme de banane
  • 1 ounce milk
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice


  1. Pour the Malibu rum, melon liqueur and creme de bananes into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Add pineapple juice and 1 ounce of milk (or if you really like it sweet, only a splash of milk).
  3. Stir well, and serve.

I followed the recipe as listed and it is super sweet. I happen to love sweet drinks so it was perfect for me. It makes a nice dessert.

This is a nice combo & looks great when first served but when left to sit the milk makes the mixture look curdled, didn't stop me though I still guzzled it down, was really yummy!
