  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • lightly grease 9" round cake pan or bundt pan.
  • combine flour, salt,spices,baking powder.
  • in separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter, vanilla.
  • whisk in dry ingredients.
  • pour into prepared pan, and dollop jam over the top.
  • swirl the jam into the top of batter lightly.
  • prepare crumb topping:

  • whisk dry ingredients together, and then work in melted butter.
  • drop by clumpies all-over the top of batter.
  • bake 25-30 minutes, until sides start to pull from pan.
  • nush-e-jan!
