Ratings & Reviews:
These were really good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written other then I used unsalted butter instead of margarine as that is what I had on hand. I used red raspberry preserves. I cooked for 25 minutes but the sides were too hard. Next time I will cook for less time.

I can rate this right away because I use to make them at Xmas for the family - easy and so very good. Also have used mincemeat rather than jam which is very, very tasty. Good reheated with a spoonful of icecream!!!!
