Jalapeno Salad Dressing

"This is the best salad dressing I have ever tasted and has made me a salad lover."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 4 big salads

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 6 slices pickled jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped (from a jar)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Cover and chill.
4. Serve over a salad of mixed greens, sliced onions, avocados, chopped pecans and sweetened dried cranberries.

This is a good dressing. It was a little sweet for our taste so I will be cutting back on the honey or adding a little more pepper. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing!
