      What a GREAT addition to our meal! It was simple and flavorful! I doubled the recipe and only added two jalapenos (instead of four from doubling) because I was serving to adults and children with varying appreciation of spicy things. ;) We all enjoyed it and will definitely make it again!

      I added more Jalapenos as I wanted much more spicy and it still turned out delicious! And with a kick. Thank you so much for sharing. This will fit in nicely with my diet plan!

      Lovely rice dish! I added in just 1 jalapeno since I didn't want to make it too spicy for DD and we all enjoyed it! Thank you, Clare, for sharing this wonderful recipe, definitely will be making it again! Made for PAC Spring '08.

      We have been trying different brown rice recipes. This is the best so far - easy to make and tasty.
