I wasn't crazy about this. Not a lot of flavor.
I made half recipe, used flat leaf parsley rather than cilantro, that was my only change. I used two jalepeno peppers also deseeded. The longer it sat in the fridge the more the potatoes absorbed the dressing which gave it more flavour too. Very nice cimple recipe.

Terrific! I halved the recipe and unfortunately left out the green onion (did not have any) and it was still great! I could see lime juice and cumin being good additions to this, but as written it is also very good! Perfect for our cookout with brats!
LOVED it! Deserves more than 5 stars and I will tell you why - DH who DETESTS mayo and anything to do with it had a taste, gave thumbs up! and had more!!! I used all the ingredients listed except for the grape tomatoes. THANK YOU for sharing your wonderful recipe, in my keeper file already.
