WOW, great and easy recipe. Made as direction except, after mixing the cheese mixture, I thought it needed more jalapeno, so I added another pepper. Will definitely be making these again and SOON!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (seeds and membrane removed for milder flavor)
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 18 wonton wrappers
