We loved the taste. But I had a lot of problems with the egg white and breadcrumbs. Maybe I'll try next time with egg yolks like Nimz mentionned. It was very hot and yummy. Thanks Bergy :)

These were very good. Loved the filling. I had problems using the egg whites. I did whip them until frothy but the froth soaked up the breadcrumbs then would slide off or separate. After about 4 of them I switched to the egg yolk and water wash and it worked better for me anyway. My family really liked these. Thanks Bergy.
