  1. Excellent. Every time I make them, I'm asked for the recipe. We have made large batches of these, freeze them, and give them as part of an "App night holiday gift bag" Everyone looks forward to the poppers. We make a gluten-free version using GF bread crumbs.

  2. I make these every summer when the garden abounds with jalapenos. Our whole family loves it and I've taken them to parties as well. Sorry I never left a review til now!!! These are seriously good!

  3. I made these on the weekend for a BBQ friend's were hosting. I made 60 popper and they were a huge hit. I didn't have any mozzerella cheese, so I just put in 1 1/2 cups cheddar with the cream cheese and bacon. I also missed the parmesan cheese, so I just mixed it in with the bread crumbs for the topping. I sprayed the tops with cooking spray before putting in the oven and they came out perfectly cooked in 30 minutes. The topping was a little crisp and the inside was gooey and delicious. I put the platter on the table, went back in less than 5 minutes and they were all gone! I had some filling leftover (I made a double batch), so hubby has requested that I make some tonight...just for him! Thanks for the great recipe.

I am from Missouri. I work full-time hauling sheetrock for a materials company. In my spare time my greatest passion is cooking. I would love to open a restaraunt someday, maybe when I retire. I also enjoy camping, canoeing, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and a little hockey in the winter. I'm originally from North Dakota and really miss the snowy winters and all of the winter sports that go with it.
