This recipe is a winner. A huge hit. I did double the jalapeno peppers and mixed 1 1/2 cups of Monterrey/Colby cheese blend into the cream cheese/mayo and peppers mixture. Topped with another cup of the Mon/Colby blend (I LOVE cheese) and Panko breadcrumbs, sprayed the breadcrumbs with Pam and baked @ 375 for about 30 minutes. Easy and you can use whatever cheese you like best and it taste great.

I made this for a Super Bowl party. Followed the recipe and opted to bake in the oven. I thought it was delicious and was surprised that I didn't come home with an empty dish. Oh well, I guess that just means more for me! Update- I made this a second time using Hellmans light mayo and reduced fat cream cheese because that is what I had on hand. I was in a hurry and not thinking threw the Cheddar into the mixer with my other ingredients. I realized it soon as I did it, but it was too late. So, I continued by just putting it into my dish and topping it with the bread crumbs before popping it into the oven. It turned out great! In fact, I think I will continue to make it this way! Thanks so much for a quick, go to, appetizer recipe that is easy and delicious.

I can't believe I have never reviewed this, my deepest apologies! This is my go to recipe! People always request it from me. The only thing I do different is add a bit of freshly chopped Jalapeno to the dish to add some crunch. I slice that jalapeno in half and stick it on top so people know what is in it. <br/>Thank you so much for a great recipe!
