- 680.38 g shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 198.44 g jar pickled jalapeno peppers, whole
- 59.14 ml pickled jalapeno pepper juice
- 59.14 ml lime juice
- 59.14 ml cilantro, minced
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise.
- Place in a large bowl with the shrimp.
- Toss with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate up to a day ahead.
- Pour off juices after 24 hours.
