People love this little appetizer and always ask for the recipe, which is totally easy! FYI, I use the chilies that are pre-sliced in a jar, and just chop them up. Use less chilies if you don't want these too spicy.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325°F
  2. Chop the chilies, and sprinkle them on the bottom of a 10" pie pan or quiche dish. Top with the cheese and pour over the beaten eggs.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for about 15 minutes and then cut into 1" squares to serve.
