Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Mustard

Ever wonder what to do with all that lovely hot pepper jelly? Aside from topping bricks of cream cheese, using a s pork & chicken glazes or glazing tropical fruit tarts? This is excellent as a dip for chicken nuggets or chicken strips. From www.chilipeppermadness.com .

Ingredients:

Yield: 1.5 cups

• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
• 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard

Directions:

1. Stir together all ingredients.

This was amazing. I put everything in my food processor b/c it seemed a little chunky. We ate them with Baked Cheesy Chicken Nuggets (No Bread Coating). We have lots left over and are going to try using it as pizza sauce for a ham and bacon pizza. Thanks! I will make this again for sure!!
