Jalapeno Jelly Glaze

"This glaze is very good with pork or ham. It will glaze about 4-6 chops."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1/3 cup
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup jalapeno jelly
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced

directions

1. Melt the jelly or preserves over low heat or in a microwave oven.
2. Stir in flavoring ingredients.
3. Note: Chunky preserves melt more readily when they are first pureed in a blender or food processor.
