- 907.18 g deer, sliced thick
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml honey
- 59.14 ml maple syrup
- 88.74 ml lemon juice
- 59.14 ml pickled jalapeno pepper, minced
- 29.58 ml garlic, minced
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml pepper
directions
- Rub salt into meat.
- Make marinade, add meat and place in glass container in fridge overnight.
- Dehydrate for 8 hours - don't overcook.
- Enjoy!

I live in Michigan and I'm retired from the University of Michigan since 2007. I have two grandchildren, and I live to spend time with them. I like growing vegetables and flowers.
