This is a great side with a little bit of a kick to it. I get so many compliments with this dish along with a request for the recipe.
- 2 (16 ounce) cans shoe peg corn, drained
- 2 (3 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 -2 jalapeno pepper, to taste
