A spicy hot low fat version.
- 6 cups shredded cabbage or 6 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 6 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
I must admit I didn't look at the review of this recipe and I have made it again. This time I did it in a Tag recipe and all I can say is it is just as good as thefirst time. I feel embarassed that I did not look to see who had reviewed this before. Just goes to show it is good
Disappointing. I didn't change the receipe.
