I have been cooking as long as I can remember, starting with white rice with sugar and cream in my granny's kitchen. I grew up with my Mom fixing noon meals and have continued this with my family. We have a home office so often cook for the hired help also. We also host a lot of Nascar get togethers for our friends and family, so am always looking for new recipes to try. I drive DH crazy when I fix a new recipe for a crowd before running a pre-test. I figure that is the best way to know what they like.
