Only change I made was adding 2 tsp. Spicy Hot Pizza seasoning by McCormick. Bread rose well, smelled so good and tasted yummy. A little bit of heat (I may double jalapenos next time) and a delicious hint of cheese flavor. I think this bread would make the best grilled cheese sandwiches!
I made dough with mixer and dough hooks. Baked bread is loaf pan in oven. Loaf turned out golden brown after cooking it about 35-minutes at 350 degrees.
I will make this again, and want to try adding diced, cooked pepperoni. Chia, thanks for sharing another great recipe.

I would totally give this 5 starts. I thought it turned out so yummy, and moist! I would add more jalapeno flavor next time, and definitely more seeds than I used, but it turned out beautiful. I always stop my bread 5-10 min before it's done, and it was perfect :) Thanks for this yummy recipe! I wrote it down and added it to my stash!

This made a nice loaf of jalapeno cheddar bread. I liked the texture and it sliced nicely for sandwiches. I used fresh jalapenos and seeded them. Next time I will add a few more to up the heat a bit. Thanks chia for sharing a keeper!
