This is a great recipe for bread in the bread machine. I made this yesterday and it is gone all ready. The texture is great. The cheese and the jalapenos give the bread a great flavor. I used the red chopped jalapenos that I buy to use in my regular cooking instead of the fresh jalapenos. They gave a great flavor and the red pieces scattered through the bread made it look great. Great recipe.
The bread tasted great, but I think some of the measurements are off. I halved the recipe, but I ended up having to add lots more flour. In the end, half of this recipe made 12 large, tasty dinner rolls. The jalepeno flavor was quite subtle, but very nice.
It rose way to far up over the pan then ran over the pan will try again with less flour
