    A great dip for an appetizer, dessert, side, or snack. Very easy too! It also goes great with graham or Ritz crackers

    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 1 medium apple
    • 2 ounces slivered almonds (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar mixture (one part cinnamon, two parts sugar)

    Directions:

      Mix apples and cinnamon-sugar, until apples are covered with the mixture, in a medium sized bowl.

      Add cream cheese, and mix until smooth.

      Stir in almonds.

      Top on crackers (Ritz or graham) if desired. Enjoy!
