Delicious! I had to use storebought paneer, because my milk had soured, and I used 1 spoonful of fenugreek seeds in place of the greens (I added them to the spinach and chile mixture while it was cooking). Otherwise, I made this as written. I especially loved the ginger in this. Served this with some warm naan. Thanks for posting! Made for The Honeys for ZWT8
