Simple, easy and good!
- Beat eggs together and milk.
- Add salt and flour and mix well.
- Heat a large skillet.
- Melt a little butter in the skillet.
- Add enough batter to make 3-4 pancakes.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet.
- Stack in a warm place until all the pancakes are made.
- Serve with powdered sugar, jelly, syrup or a fried egg with fruit and yogurt.
- It also tastes lovely with a little bit of sugar and lemon.
