      Being a fan of JD's it wasn't hard for me to choose this recipe and I wasn't disappointed. For the teriyaki sauce I made Walt's Teriyaki Marinade and Dipping Sauce. I poured the entire recipe over a roast and cooked at 300°F for 2 1/2 hours. After removing the meat from the dutch oven, added some corn starch for thickener to make a nice glaze to pour over the roast. Definitely our go to marinade for all meats, thanks so much for posting Chef Larry! Made and thoroughly enjoyed for PAC Spring 2011 :)

      WoW! This is a very tasty marinade! I used it on sushi grade tuna (ahi). I can see all of the possibilities for this sauce. . . shrimp, chicken, ribs, burgers, steaks, pork! The sky is the limit.
