My really easy and yummy snow peas. Done in 5 min or your money back!
- 1 lb fresh snow peas or 1 lb thawed snow peas, cleaned,ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- In large skillet sauté snow peas and shallots in the oil for about 3 minutes.
- Add basil and broth and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
I love Snow Peas and this recipe is a keeper. Next time I will add garlic salt and more beef broth to give it more flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
I really liked it but was family was not as enthusiastic. I think I would like to add garlic to the onion and peas then eliminate the basil. We will make at least some variation of this again because we love snow peas. YUM.
