      The ingredient list is very vague. I cooked 2 breasts and used 3 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 3 cloves garlic crushed 1/2 tsp oregano. They were cooked in 30 minutes , and were still a bit moist but not as juicy as I like them and were a bit bland in the flavor. They are very pale.bland looking. I sprinkled a bit of paprika on them just to add some color. I recommend baking them for 20 minutes sealed then open them up and baste them with a bit of butter or something that will add some color to make them more eye appealing
