This is my version of a classic, very easy and even a spinach hater will love this.


  1. Thaw spinach and drain excess liquid.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion.
  3. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Add noodles and seasoning.
  5. Add spinach.
  6. When serving top with a sprinke of mozzarella cheese.
