I made this as directed, except for adding some crushed red pepper and dried basil. I used it to make meatballs and it was delicious! Thanks for posting.

  1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Shape into 8 patties.
  4. Cook in a skillet coated with nonstick spray about 3 minutes each side, meat thermometer should read 165 degrees.
  5. You can also crumble the turkey into the skillet for crumbled sausage.
