This is a great sausage recipe. I have used it both in lasagna, and for breakfast sausage patties. I don't actually eat meat myself, but my husband has been quite pleased.

Oh WOW! This was an awesome recipe. I let the spices marinate with the turkey for a few hours in the fridge before I cooked it up for speghetti. My Sicilian freind and her pork free DH absolutely adored it. I'm sooo not buying this in the market again. Thanks so a million Sweet!

As someone who is always looking for healthier dining options, I was excited to find this recipe. Homemade turkey sausage always taste better and is lower in fat than what you buy in the store. I hard a hard time deciding how to review this recipe. As presented here, the sausage is very mild almost to the point that it was bland. That said, the combination was wonderful and I loved the balance between the fennel and other herbs in spices. Perfect harmony of flavors. (So often turkey sausage recipes have overwhelming amounts of fennel.) I really think, for me at least, it is a simple matter of boosting the amount of spice blend for the amount of turkey and you will have the perfect turkey sausage. Planning to make again and will re-review.
