Ingredients Nutrition

  • skewer, and serve cold. can also be grilled for 1 -2 minutes each side
  • 24 uncooked cheese filled tortellini
  • 12 cup prepared Italian salad dressing (Wildtree)
  • 12 small cherry tomatoes
  • 12 small mushrooms
  • 12 bamboo skewers or 12 rosemary sprigs

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Cool 15 minutes.
  2. Place dressing in shallow dish. Stir in tortellini and remaining ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
  3. Skewer and serve cold. Can also be grilled for 1 -2 minutes each side.
