When you're tired of the same ol same ol pizza, give this one a try. Straight from the Boboli pizza website. This recipe calls for pepperoni and salami sliced deli meats, but you can add or substitute spicy ham, turkey or prosciutto.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 14.79 ml olive oil
  • 4.92 ml dried Italian seasoning
  • 113.39 g pepperoni
  • 113.39 g salami
  • 6 slice provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Drizzle crust with olive oil and sprinkle italian seasoning evenly over the top. Arrange the meats and cheese on the crust leaving a 1 inch border around the edge.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese is bubbly.

Great idea - this is delicious! Just like an Italian sub, I loved it..

Loved the provolone cheese on this pizza. I also loved the fact that there wasn't any sauce. Sometimes I just like a change like this to pizza. The next time I make this I'm going to put some tomatoes on it, and some pepperoncini slices. I think that would be great. GREAT recipe and thanks for posting.
